Sales Representative

  • Role Overview

The Sales Representative is the face of our company in the field. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers (farmers, dealers, and cooperatives), securing regular orders, and ensuring our products are the preferred choice in your assigned territory.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Territory Management: Execute daily sales visits to farms, feed mills, and dealer networks to drive volume and revenue.

    • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, ensure timely delivery coordination, and manage accounts receivable/collections where applicable.

    • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing basic technical guidance on product usage.

    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for feed/health products.

    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and market feedback using the CRM system.

  • Requirements

    • Education: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or a related commercial field.

    • Experience: 1–3 years of direct sales experience (experience selling to farmers or rural distributors is a plus).

    • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory (70-80% field time).

    • Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
