  • Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive market expansion for our premium livestock solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, managing key relationships with commercial farms and distributors, and promoting our portfolio of high-performance animal nutrition and health products.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the livestock sector (Poultry, Swine, Ruminant, or Aqua).

    • Client Management: Build strong, consultative relationships with farm owners, veterinarians, and feed mill operators to understand their production goals.

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

    • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and livestock commodity prices to provide strategic insights.

    • Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to organize product demonstrations and seminars for customers.

  • Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or a related field.

    • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the agriculture or livestock industry.

    • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, willingness to travel to rural areas/farm sites, and ability to translate technical product data into commercial value.

    • Mindset: Self-starter with a passion for sustainable agriculture and animal health.
